About the Awards

As digital becomes increasingly critical to the delivery of outstanding CX, it’s more important than ever for achievements in this field to be recognised - and these Awards do that in a unique way.

We have a smooth, two-part entry process, with half your score coming from an online submission and the other half from a presentation on the day of the Awards. The event is also cross-sector, with representation from a diverse array of companies, plus many of these companies will be giving open presentations.

As recipients of the Gold Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council, we make this Awards the fairest around. Every Finalist receives a detailed feedback report after the event, containing your scores and how you performed relative to others in your category, and we have a transparent, independent and rigorous judging process.

Overall, joining the Awards means you can showcase your initiatives, celebrate your team’s dedication and learn from other top professionals in attendance. It’s a fantastic opportunity.

We welcome entries from all organisations, teams and individuals - private and public sector - who have launched successful initiatives to improve the digital experience. You can be B2B or B2C, large or small - we want to hear from people with interesting and inspirational stories to share!
